Appointment Cancellation Policy
We are fortunate that our office has a high demand for appointments. Our desire is to schedule patients without overbooking, and we make every attempt to be punctual. In order to ensure that every patient has fair access to schedule a timely appointment, we have adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy for last minute cancellations and no-shows. Failure to cancel your appointment in a timely manner will result in a $75 fee.
